Our team of experienced therapists brings an average of over 10 years of professional experience, providing personalized spa and wellness services in a relaxing and welcoming environment.

Located in the heart of downtown Seattle, Mulan Spa offers one of the largest dedicated spa spaces in the area, focusing exclusively on professional massage, skincare, wellness treatments, and relaxation experiences.

Before Your Visit & Booking

  • Please arrive on time and inform us of any allergies, injuries, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your service.

  • Comfortable clothing is recommended. For massage services, proper draping and privacy are maintained throughout the treatment.

  • Appointments are highly recommended to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

  • Yes! We welcome couples and groups. Please contact us in advance for larger parties so we can arrange the best experience for everyone.

  • Let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid affecting other appointments. Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a temporary booking restriction.

  • Yes, you may request a preferred therapist when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

  • Our therapists are professionally trained and experienced in providing spa services for 10+ years. We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment for every guest.

Spa Services

  • We offer a variety of spa treatments, including body massages, foot reflexology, head spa, facial treatments, nail services and wellness program (IV and Botox). Each service is designed to provide relaxation, self-care, and a personalized experience.

  • Our Swedish Massage is ideal for relaxation and stress relief, while Deep Tissue Massage focuses on deeper muscle tension and stiffness. If you are unsure, our team can help recommend the best option based on your needs.

  • Yes. Select facial services include complimentary hand, foot, or scalp massage. Please check each facial description for specific inclusions.

  • Your Head Spa experience includes a relaxing scalp assessment, deep cleansing, scalp care massage and drying. Our team will customize the experience based on your scalp condition and needs.

Payments & Gift Cards

  • Yes. We accept eligible insurance plans, including VA benefits and select private insurance plans such as Aetna, Meritain Health, Premera Blue Cross, and Kaiser Permanente.

    Guests are required to pay the full service amount at their first time of their appointment. We will provide the necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts are determined by your insurance company and depend on your individual plan and coverage.

    Please contact your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility and coverage before your appointment. Insurance coverage and reimbursement are subject to your individual insurance plan and are not guaranteed.

  • Yes! Mulan Spa gift cards are available for purchase online or as a physical gift card. They can be used toward all spa services except services provided by our nurse. Gift cards make a thoughtful gift for birthdays, holidays, or any special occasion.

  • Please mention your gift card during check-in or and present it at the time of payment.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Gift cards expire 365 days from the original date of purchase.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and other available payment methods.

  • Yes. We offer a $5 cash discount for guests who choose to pay with cash. Please let our team know at the time of payment.
